Back to basics again. Back to when it was just me and a mechanical pencil, and no other worries. No obsessing about coloring tight places, none of that "Do i have to do this again?" feeling.
This one felt good to draw, with full intentions of keeping it simple. Like i used to always do. Anyhoo ... this, of course, is my Demon Sorceress Morothca (a character of mine, dear to my heart for over a decade), wreaking some more of her brand of havok. She created some sort of fire-chomper demon that grows magical spheres of some kind inside it. I'm proud of that, too, hehe. Maybe i'll just give my other recent Morothca sketch the same treatment - i've been wanting to colour it, but i just can't get myself into colouring properly anymore. I do art to relax, not to stress myself out more! I need to get back to that. But yah, i am very happy how this one turned out ... very simple, yet solid and her shape really worked well without major problems!
